Add "production_schedule_id" (string80, nullable) before "notes" to allow the production schedule ID to which this work order (production request ID) belongs to be recorded from the OCO. (Use Cases 1336 and 1337)

Add "input_wo_id", "input_oper_id" (both string 40, nullable), and "input_seq_no" (int32, nullable) before "spare1" to allow the job that initiated a rework work order to be recorded. (Use Case 1338)
