SPC_Sample

Add "sublot_no" before "valu" (string40, nullable) to record the sublot number of the item measured.

Rename "last_modified_by" to "last_edit_by" and "last_modified_at" to "last_edit_at". Move "created_by" between these two fields and "created_at" after them.
