Job_BOM

Add "def_sublot_no" (string40, nullable) before "def_storage_ent_id" to store the default sublot from which to consume.

Add "serial_no_source" (logical, default false) before "spare1" to mark the BOM component from which the produced item is to copy its serial number.

Rename "CHD_Index_for_Steps" to "IX_job_bom" as it is more descriptive.
