Item_Cons

Add "sublot_no" and "fg_sublot_no" (both string40, nullable) before "reas_cd" to record the sublot number of the consumed item and of the item being produced.

Add "created_at" (tdatetime, not nullable) before "row_id" to record when the record was first created.
