After "can_copy_folders":

• Add "can_capture_qm_data" (logical, default false) to show whether this entity can collect QM data and have sample requests generated for it.

• Add "can_sched_jobs_from_galaxy", "can_run_jobs_from_galaxy", "can_capture_util _from_galaxy", "can_track_oee_from_galaxy", "can_store_from_galaxy", and "entity_from_galaxy", (all logical, default false) to show whether this entity or the named capability originated in the System Platform galaxy and thus is ordinarily not to be changed in MES.

Add "cur_shift_end_time_utc" and "cur_shift_end_time_local" (both tdatetime, nullable) after "cur_shift_start_time_local" to make for more efficient sample generation. (User story 49380)
