Record Sample Data command

When you set this command to True, the SRO makes a call to the MES middleware to update the Sample table with information about a sample. The Lot, Sublot, SegmentRequirement, SegmentResponse, Priority, and Spare1-4 attributes are used to update the sample data and any contextual data for a sample. If the Operator and EventDateTime attributes are not null, the pulled_by and pulled_at fields are also updated in the Sample table.
