Specify a utilization reason for a utilization record from a UCO

Use this procedure to specify a utilization reason when the entity receives a new utilization record that does not have a final reason code. This occurs when data is sent from the machine through a Utilization Capability Object (UCO). The Enter Past Machine Reason button is available only when this type of entry is required.

1. Select the event record in the grid.

2. Select Enter Past Machine Reason .

   The Enter Reason dialog appears.

   

   The dialog box includes the following read-only fields.

   Since

   Displays the start time of the last utilization record.

   Duration

   Length of the last utilization record in the format HH:MM:SS.

3. Select a utilization Reason Group and Reason.

4. Optionally, enter a comment about the event.

5. Click OK.
