MES view changes

The following change was made to the MES database views:

vw_genealogy_NoFGLot view added

The vw_genealogy_NoFGLot view is similar to vw_genealogy_data but builds genealogy information from job information between item consumption and item production instead of by produced lot number. For more information, see MES views.
