ReasonGroupColors property

The ReasonGroupColors property is an array with a size equal to the value of the NumberOfBars property plus one for the summary bar. When displaying utilization states and reasons, the colors for the bars come from the database. Since reason groups do not have colors defined in the database, this property allows the user to specify the bar colors when displaying reason groups. The colors will not map to a particular reason group, but instead will specify what color by bar position.
