ThirdZoneColor property

The ThirdZoneColor property indicates the color to use when a value is the third zone. A value is in the third zone if it is greater than the value of the SecondZoneCutoff property and less than or equal to 100. When using a dial, the background of the dial should be displayed in this color if the value is within the third zone. When using a bar graph, the bar should be this color if the value is within the third zone.
