Add "genealogy_id" (string 254, nullable), "event_id", "segment_requirement_id", and "segment_response_id" (all string80, nullable), and "comments" (string254, nullable) before "spare1" to allow these PEM or S95 attributes to be recorded from the OCO. (Use Cases 1336 and 1337)
