PopupChangeLaborCategoryDlg() method

Use the PopupChangeLaborCategoryDlg() method to display a popup dialog for the user to change the labor categories, departments, and percent of labor to apply for labor data being collected for all logged in entities. The ChangeLaborCategoryEnabled method must be true to call this method.
