[Memory]Free

Frees memory for other Windows applications when it is not being used by Plant SCADA. Plant SCADA reuses memory when it is required, but other Windows applications cannot use memory unless it is free.

Allowable Values:

• 0 - (Do not free until shutdown)

• 1 - (Free memory when not in use)
