DisplayRuntimeManager

This function will start the Plant SCADA Runtime Manager if it is not already running, otherwise it will just bring the Plant SCADA Runtime Manager to the foreground.

Syntax

DisplayRuntimeManager()

Return Value

0 (zero) if successful, otherwise an error is returned.
