Enables Microsoft SmartScreen in a Web Content control to warn users when they visit potentially malicious websites.

Microsoft SmartScreen needs to be enabled in Windows for this feature to function.

Allowable Values:

0 = SmartScreen is disabled

1 = SmartScreen is enabled
