Determines where a Plant SCADA Access Anywhere client gets its license from.
Allowable Values

0 – an Access Anywhere client will get its license from a remote license server, or directly from an AVEVA Enterprise License Server (if configured).

1 – an Access Anywhere client will acquire its license from the local "SystemServices" process. This option is only valid if you are running as a service and have a local license attached to that computer (Sentinel or AVEVA Enterprise Licensing).
