A valve's open percentage is shown as a numerical percentage or as a graphic valve position bar. The following Wizard options must be set to their listed values to show the PV custom property.

  • Type: Analog

  • SymbolMode: Advanced

  • ValvePositonNumericalDisplay:

The values of the ValvePositionNumericalDisplay Wizard options determine whether a valve open percentage appears as a numerical percentage or a graphic valve position bar. The PV and PVVisible custom properties are used with a numerical percentage and a valve position bar.

In addition, the PVMax and PVMin custom properties must be set when ValvePositionNumericalDisplay is set to False to show a PV measured value on a valve position bar.
