Configuring an SA_AlarmLight symbol consists of assigning a label and assigning values to custom properties that enable Alarm Border animation.

Prerequisites
To configure the the basic configuration of the SA_AlarmLight symbol, you only need to assign alarm attributes as reference values to the set of alarm border custom properties.
Note: ArchestrA objects contain a specific set of attributes intended to serve as reference values for Alarm Border custom properties. The names of the Alarm Border attributes map exactly to the corresponding Alarm Border custom properties. The recommended way to use Alarm Border animation is in managed InTouch applications that reference ArchestrA attributes for their data.
This procedure explains how to assign attributes to custom properties using owning objects.
