Measured Value symbol component - MultiLevelMeter

The SA_MultiLevelMeter symbol can be configured to show a set of current measured values on a meter bar using fill animation. A StackLevel type of meter can show two or three measured values stacked on top of each other on a single meter bar. A TwoAdjacentLevel type of meter shows two separate meter bars side by side with different colored fill animation to show two measured values.
