GoodMin custom property

GoodMin sets the minimum limit on the meter scale of the SA_BulletGraph symbol in which measured values transition into a good condition. The default value is 350.
The SA_BulletGraph symbol includes a QualitativeIndicators Wizard option with choices to set a good condition range at lower or higher measured values. When a SA_BulletGraph symbol shows good values at the higher end of its meter bar, The GoodMin and BadMax custom properties set the lower end of the good range and the higher end of the bad range respectively.
