AlarmOnCntTotal custom property

The integer value of AlarmOnCntTotal represents the total number of currently active alarms in an area. An area object's AlarmOnCntTotal attribute is set as the reference value of the AlarmOnCntTotal custom property.
The SA_AlarmSeverity symbol must be configured as an alarm panel to show the active alarm total in the Active field.
