KPI Tracker symbol component

A KPI tracker line appears as a thick black line on the meter bar of the SA_KPIBar symbol. The KPI tracker shows the expected or target measured value. The KPI tracker appears at the midpoint of the meter bar.
A KPI value shows positive or negative deviation from the KPI tracker line.
