Controller OP Command Value symbol component

A small triangle beneath a variable control meter bar to indicate the output value can be commanded or controlled. When the commanded output is equal to or greater than 100 percent, the color of the controller OP's fill animation changes to black to indicate the maximum OP value has been reached.
