Integer value that indicates the direction of rotation of a settler motor shaft represented by a circular arrow.
If PVDirection=0, the motor shaft is stationary.
If PVDirection=1, motor shaft direction is counterclockwise.
If PVDirection=2, motor shaft direction is clockwise.
