PVRangeFullScaleMax custom property - AmpsMeter

Sets the maximum limit of a measured value that can be shown on the meter of the SA_AmpsMeter symbol. The PVRangeFullScaleMax and PVRangeFullScaleMin custom properties set the upper and lower limits of a measured value range shown on the symbol's meter bar.
