Setpoint symbol component - TargetGraph

Setpoint values appear as a ring around the center of the SA_TargetGraph symbol. When all measured values are within a percent tolerance range of their target setpoints, the setpoint ring is black. The setpoint ring turns yellow when one or more measured values are out of their setpoint's tolerance range.
