Boolean values to show or hide a rate of change arrow that points up or down to indicate if consecutive measured values are increasing or decreasing. The default is False to hide the rate of change arrow.

When ROCIndicator is set to True, the ROCPercentMax custom property appears to set the absolute percent rate of change between consecutive measured values to orient the rate of change arrow upward or downward.
