FullRangeIndicator Wizard option

FullRangeIndicator enables the display of a meter's entire operating range when the current measured value is outside of normal operating limits. Upper and lower flags appear at both ends of a meter bar when the current measured value is outside of a specified operating range.

When FullRangeIndicator is set to True, assign values to the PVOperatingMax and PVOperatingMin custom properties that represent the maximum and minimum limits of a symbol's expected operating range.
