Boolean values to show or hide a variable speed control meter beneath a symbol. The default is False to hide a variable control meter.

When set to True, a variable control meter is represented by a horizontal bar with fill animation that shows an output percentage value.

When SpeedController is set to True, the SpeedControllerMode, SpeedConrollerCmdValue, and SpeedControllerNumericalDisplay Wizard options also appear in the symbol's Wizard options list to set other optional configurations for a variable control meter.
