Alarm border animation shows the state of the most urgent alarm of each pen of the the SA_Trend_MultiPen symbol by displaying a border around a pen square from the symbol's pen selector panel. The color, fill pattern, and blinking of the border indicates the pen's most urgent alarm severity, alarm mode, and alarm state.
