SpeedCtlModeCascade custom property

The Boolean value of SpeedCtlModeCascade indicates Cascade operational mode of a variable control. When set to False, the variable control is not running in Cascade operational mode.
When set to True, the Control Mode Indicator shows the letter C to indicate that a variable speed controller is running in Cascade operational mode.
