SpokexAlarmLoLimit custom property

The value of SpokeXAlarmLoLimit specifies the threshold limit at which the spoke X measured value transitions into a Lo limit alarm state.
A Lo alarm limit indicator appears on spoke X at the relative position of the assigned Lo alarm limit value.
