ValvePositionCommandedValue Wizard option - ValvesDamper

The Boolean value of ValvePositionCommandedValue shows or hides a commanded value indicator on the graphic valve position bar. The default is False to hide a commanded value indicator.
When set to True, a small triangle appears next to the graphic valve position bar. Based on a commanded value, the triangle moves along the length of the graphic valve position indicator to the desired percentage.
