SpeedCtlPVAvailable custom property

The Boolean value of SpeedCtlPVAvailable indicates if the output value from a variable control is available or not. When True, the controller output and numeric value show the output percentage from the SpeedCtlPV custom property. When False, the controller output and numeric value show the commanded value from the SpeedCtlPVCmd custom property.
