DiscreteCmdType Wizard option - Valves

Selects a valve command type to request an equipment state change in a discrete valve. Possible values are None, SingleCmd, and DualCmd. The default value is None.

  • None does not support any request to change an equipment state command.

  • SingleCmd supports the request to active state command.

  • DualCmd supports request to active state and request to passive state commands.

    When an equipment change state command is requested, fill animation changes the color of the head of a discrete valve symbol. The symbol on the left shows a request to active state command. The symbol on he left shows a request to passive state command.

The ValveType Wizard option must be set to Discrete to show DiscreteCmdType.

ValveType: Discrete

EquipmentRequestActive custom property: Set a Boolean True to submit a request to active state command. DiscreteCmdType must be set to SingleCmd or DualCmd.

EquipmentRequestPassive custom property: Set a Boolean True to submit a request to passive state command. DiscreteCmdType must be set to DualCmd.
