Tracker Line symbol component - ParallelControlValve

A tracker line appears as a blue line intended as a reference point for a measured value on a meter bar.
The SA_ParallelControlValve symbol consists of two valves that work in tandem. When the symbol is configured as a Discrete type of valve, the second value includes a tracker line by default. Valve 1 does not include a tracker line. When the symbol is confgured as an analog type of valve, the symbol includes a Wizad Option and two tracker custom properties to enable a tracker line on Valve 1.
