Dashboard symbols use a repetitive set of custom properties for chart bars or other repetitive visual elements shown in a symbol. The custom properties are listed by their assigned bar number in WindowMaker and the ArchestrA IDE. For example, the SA_GainLossChart symbol includes ten bar chart Gain custom properties, and ten bar chart Loss custom properties, to associate a measured value to each bar shown in the symbol's chart.

A single description describes each repetitive Dashboard symbol's custom property. The XX characters in the custom property description denote a bar number in the custom property name, which indicates the description is appropriate for all similarly named custom properties.
