SetTrendStartTime custom property

The value of SetTrendStartTime sets the starting date and time of a Fixed time period mode trend. The format of the date and time is the following:
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS.mmm AM or PM, where mmm is milliseconds
For example, a starting date and time of February 02, 2015 at 8:15 AM is 02/02/2015 08:15:00.000 AM.
