BarXXOptimalMin custom property - SA_VariableMonitoringBars

The value of BarXXOptimalMin sets the lower limit of an optimal value range shown on the chart bar of the SA_VariableMonitoringBars symbol. The optimal value range appears as a shaded gray area that extends to the full width of a chart bar.
