Prerequisites

To follow the steps of this procedure, create an ArchestrA object that meet the following requirements:

  • Create two ArchestrA user defined objects

    • Create an analog PV field attribute for each object.

    • Enable I/O scaling and clamp the input to the EU range for each PV attribute.

    • Enable limit alarms and set the limits for HiHi, Hi, Lo, and LoLo alarms for each PV attribute.

    • Create an SP analog field attribute for each object.

  • Create an InTouch application with a window to verify that the symbol has been configured correctly.
