Orientation Wizard option - 2-3way / Mnemonic Valves

Selects the symbol orientation for 2-way, 3-way, and Mnemonic valves. Possible orientations are Up, Down, Left, and Right and are based on the position of the head with respect to the valve body. The default value is Up, which indicates the head is oriented above the valve body.
