An ArchestrA area object's AlarmModeCmd attribute is assigned as the reference value of the AlarmModeCmd custom property. The attribute is a command to change the alarm mode of an area during run time.

The AlarmModeCmd custom property is an input/output type. During run time, operators can change the alarm mode of an area during run time to Enable, Disable, Silence, or Inhibit from the alarm panel Command field.
