PopulateTreeViewOnDemand custom property

The Boolean value of PopulateTreeViewOnDemand initiates a request to populate the TreeView control. When set to True, a populate request is submitted. PopulateTreeViewOnDemand immediately resets to False when data begins populating the TreeView control.
