SpokexAlarmHiLimit custom property

The value of SpokexAlarmHiLimit specifies the threshold limit at which the spoke X measured value transitions into a Hi limit alarm state.

A Hi alarm limit indicator appears on spoke X at the relative position of the assigned Hi alarm limit value.
