BarXXMin sets the minimum measured value shown by repetitive chart bars of Dashboard Tools chart symbols.
The XX suffix in the custom property name represents the number assigned to a chart bar. For example, Bar10Min is the custom property to set a measured minimum value to chart bar number 10.
