The visual components of the SA_OperatingRange symbol consist of paired full range flags, which can be placed at different positions on a meter bar based on the Orientation Wizard Option.

The OperatingAutoScaleEnabled Wizard Option enables the symbol to automatically calculate a normal operating range around a measured value setpoint that can be changed during run time. When OperatingAutoScaleEnabled is set to False, the following custom properties must be defined.
