The basic SA_Valve_4Way symbol configuration is a discrete valve oriented upward with a solenoid actuator and general body. If you select an analog valve, the basic configuration is an analog valve oriented upward with a diaphragm actuator a general body, and a valve position bar. Both types of valves use basic Active and Passive equipment states and can show a descriptive label.

Other than selecting Analog from the ValveType Wizard option, no further changes need to be made to the Wizard options. Only a few configuration changes to custom properties are required to create working discrete and analog valves.
Follow the links for instructions to set up a basic analog and discrete valve in the Industrial Graphic Editor or WindowMaker.
