FailSafeType Wizard option Valve

FailSafeType provides choices to select a fail open, fail close, or no fail safe system for discrete valves with a spring actuator. None is the default value.
The fail safe indicator appears as a triangle that points toward the valve head for a fail open and toward the valve body for a fail close.
