Actuator Types symbol component - ValveDamper

The SA_Valve_And_Damper provides the Actuator Wizard option to select three types of valve actuators. Like the valve's body, the fill color of an actuator indicates the valve's current open, closed, and traveling state.

Under normal conditions, the background color of an actuator is gray to indicate flow. But, the background color turns black when the controller's commanded value exceeds 100 percent. The background color turns white when the commanded value is equal to or less than 0.
