SpokexAlarmLoLoLimit custom property

The value of SpokexAlarmLoLoLimit specifies the threshold limit at which the spoke x measured value transitions into a LoLo alarm limit state.
A LoLo alarm limit indicator appears on spoke x at the relative position of the assigned LoLo alarm limit value.
